Essential to what makes the Shaker Bay landscape interesting is its changing topography. Having an all gravity sewer system without grinder pumps required deep lines in some areas and double lines in the Bay View area. Each site is also serviced by public gas lines, roads maintained by the Town, underground power and cable, and fiber optics.
